Strands (Norwegian for “Beaches”) Design was founded by Joe Ostgaard in 2020. As a 3rd generation flooring contractor his goal is simple, raise the standard. With a collective 3 generations of experience, this is our purpose. In a society of cutting corners we believe in holding ourselves to a higher degree.
